Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
1. No Cancellation / No Return / No Refund: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
2. Quality Assurance: Every t-shirt goes through a thorough quality check by our dedicated team before packaging and dispatch. We ensure all products are defect-free and securely packed.
3. Size Responsibility: Please refer to the Size Guide carefully before placing your order. We will not be able to offer a refund or exchange if the customer selects the wrong t-shirt size while placing the order.
Choosing the correct size is entirely the customer’s responsibility.
4. Delivery Responsibility: Ensure that someone is available at the shipping address to receive your parcel.
If the delivery fails and the parcel is returned to us due to the customer being unavailable at the time of delivery, you are responsible for reshipping charges.
5. Shipping Errors: If there are issues with delivery due to incorrect shipping address/ information, you are responsible for Reshipping charges.

6. ⚠️ Exchange for Damaged / Defective / Misprinted Products Only:
You are eligible for an exchange only if the product received is damaged, defective, misprinted, or if an incorrect size was sent by us.

7. NOTE - To be eligible for an Exchange you should submit the form within 7 days of delivery.
